WARSAW — Danny’s Chicago Beef’s opening has been formalized.
The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce had a ribbon-cutting for the restaurant located at 2601 E. Center St., Warsaw, on Thursday, Sept. 16.
Danny’s Chicago Beef opened in early July and serves Chicago dogs, or Chicago-style hot dogs with mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickles and peppers. There are also Italian beef sandwiches, hamburgers, tenderloins, french fries, onion rings and cheese fries among other choices.
It’s owned by Danny Signore, who also owns the Barbee Hotel and Danny’s Sports Bar.
Customers can enjoy lunch or dinner 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Signore said hours may shift to being open on Sunday and closed on Monday.
Signore said future plans also include opening the restaurant’s drive-thru and using DoorDash, though he doesn’t have a set timeline for either of those. He also will add pizza to the menu.
