Washington STEM Academy Teams Place In CyberPatriot Competition
WARSAW — Washington STEM Academy’s two CyberPatriot teams received second and third place in the state of Indiana.
CyberPatriot is a cyber security competition that teaches students how to make a computer and network more secure. They do this by learning how a computer functions along with digital citizenship that will keep them and the information on the computer safe.
The teams competed with other teams from all over the nation in this competition. The Mavericks, the all girls team, placed third in the competition. The Mountain Lions, the all boys team, placed second.
