South Bend Fusion Fest Announced
The City of South Bend and South Bend Venues Parks & Arts is bringing back Fusion Fest for its third year on Saturday, Sept. 27 from 12-8 p.m. and Sunday, Sept. 28 from 12-5 p.m. at Howard Park.
