LEESBURG — Leesburg Elementary PTO members are looking to make a difference for students in a colorful way. At 9 a.m. Saturday, May 14, the community is invited to join in on the first ever Leesburg Family Color Run, taking place in Winona Lake on the Heritage Greenway Trail.

All proceeds from the event will help provide funding for field trips, classroom supplies and new learning tools for Leesburg Elementary.

Day of the event registration and event check in will be from 8-9 a.m. Each participant must submit a registration form. Multiple forms may be sent together with one payment.

Cost for those who register by April 15 is $10 for children 12 and under, t-shirt included and $20 for adults over 12, T-shirt included. Registration after April 15 will not include a T-shirt and is $15 for children and $30 for adults.

Those who do not register in time to receive an event T-shirt can still have a vibrant run through Winona Lake by wearing a white T-shirt.

Entries should be mailed to Leesburg Elementary PTO, 6250 N. Old SR 15, Leesburg, IN 46538. Checks should be made payable to Leesburg Elementary PTO.
