WARSAW — Full Gospel House of Praise will host the second annual Dawn to Dusk “Jesus is my Jam” community outdoor singing, prayer, praise and gospel proclamation on Saturday, Aug. 21.
The event will take place by Pike Lake at Lucerne Park Amphitheater, 800 Park Ave., Warsaw, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Attendees are welcome to come and go as often as they would like.
This free event includes dawn to dusk praise and worship led by several surrounding area Christian artists. Currently scheduled are Pastor Rock Addair and the FGHOP praise band, Andy Heeter and Dakota Bouse with Courtney Eakright, Safe Harbor Praise Team of Rochester, Samuel Barrett and Elizabeth Jackson of Liberty Mills, and Chad Wright of Argos. Also scheduled are God’s Highway to Heaven Pastors Bob and Tanya Brown, the Crace family, David Beliles, and Wes and Linda Ashley.
A free community carry-in dinner will be held at 3:45 p.m. at the park. Attendees are asked to bring a dish if possible. There will also be powerful addiction recovery testimonies from Joy Henry and The Remnant Ministries from 4:15-5:30 p.m.
Following the meal and testimonies, Christian Fellowship Church of North Manchester Praise Team will lead worship and Pastor Jacob Good will share the word.
Full Gospel House of Praise will lead worship starting at 7 p.m. and will have an outdoor church service. Pastors Buddy and April Bradley from Word of Life Outreach, Kendallville, will be preaching. All are welcome to stay and “have church.”
The “Purple Tent of Hope” will be available all day for anyone who would like to get prayer or needs to talk to someone without judgement. Prayer requests can also be discreetly deposited in a prayer box. Bibles, addiction resources, and gospel tracts will also be available for anyone who is interested in learning more about the gospel. Free drinks will also be available.
