Annual Milford Fest Cancelled for 2020
MILFORD — Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Milford Fest Committee of the Milford Lions Club has decided to cancel Milford Fest 2020 that was scheduled for Saturday, May 23.
“This was a difficult decision, but the safety and health of our community and our festival guests is of the utmost importance to us.
“We look forward to the opportunity to resume normal festival activities that highlight our supportive, wonderful community in 2021,” stated Tricia Gall, Milford Fest Committee Chair.
Milford Fest, held on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and resurrected in 2012 by Milford Lions Club, is a day to enjoy the free carnival rides, music, vending, arts and crafts, car/tractor/motorcycle cruise-in and community wide garage sales. It’s also a day for the community to get together with visitors from all over Northern Indiana migrating to town.
