Upcoming Bell Memorial Public Library Events
MENTONE — The Bell Memorial Public Library Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30. Meetings are always open to the public. The library encourages community members to attend.
New books are coming soon to the Bell Memorial Public Library.

Rayner; “Immortal Born” by Lynsey Sands; “The Institute” by Stephen King; “Killer Instinct” by James Patterson; “Let it Snow” by Nancy Thayer; “The Library of the Unwritten” by A.J. Hackwish; “The Long Call” by Ann Cleeves; “Look for Yesterday” by Alison Jay; “The Loyal One” by Shelley Shepard Gray, “Me” by Elton John; “Meant to be Yours” by Susan Mallery; “Momentous Events in the Live of a Cactus” by Dusti Bowling; “ A Mrs. Miracle Christmas” by Debbie Macomber; “Murder in the Corn Maze” by G.A. McKevett; “The Nanny” by Gilly Macmillian and “New Beginnings at Promise Lodge” by Charlotte Hubbard, a news release said.
Please note that some books are pre-ordered. Bell Memorial Public Library does not receive them until they are published.
Story hour at the library will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, in the children’s room. Stories to be read are “Earl the Squirrel” by Don Freeman and “The Busy Squirrel” by Nancy Tafuri. A themed craft project will follow story hour.
