Bell Memorial Public Library Programs For September
MENTONE — Join the Bell Memorial Public Library for story hour at 3 p.m. every Wednesday and every 10 a.m. evey Friday. Children hear a story, play games, sing songs and do a craft.
Looking for something fun to do with the kids? Bring them to Kids Craft Make-n-Take Event at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16. This event is for all ages. Children will be making a pop bottle firefly, a no-sew bandana tote and galaxy slime (non-toxic recipe does not use Borax or liquid starch).
Come and see what imagination lets you build with Legos! Lego Club meets at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16.
Adult movie monday! The library will be showing Unleashing Mr. Darcy. Popcorn and a beverage are provided.
Calling all crafters! Join the library on Thursday, September 21 for Creative Corner. Lauren from Beaded Peacock in Winona Lake will be teaching attendees how to make a BoHo Chic Bracelet. This craft is for adults only (ages 18+). Sign up is required and space is limited to 16 participants. Cost for this class is $5.
Do you enjoy playing cards? Euchre takes place every fourth Monday of each month. Euchre is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 25 in the large conference room.
Library Board Meetings take place the last Monday of every month. They are open to the public and the public is encouraged to attend. Board Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 25.
