Dog Parade To Take Place This Weekend
WARSAW — Vicky’s Dog Parade will be held this Saturday at the Kosciusko County Farmers Market in Downtown Warsaw. This parade is a fundraiser for CCS Food Bank for Dogs and Cats. To participate in the parade, you may donate a can of dog or cat food. The categories include Best Trick, Most Patriotic, Owner and Dog Look Alike and the Largest and Smallest Dog. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. and the parade starts at 11:00 a.m., on Center Street.
The POP (Power Of Produce) Kids Club, open to kids ages 5-12, will continue until July 16th (Kids Day) Check out the farmer’s market Facebook for more information on The POP Club as well as upcoming events. The summer market has started and will continue every Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. until Oct. 29. The Market is located on Center Street between Buffalo and Lake Streets (on the south side of Courthouse Square). The market invites vendors from Kosciusko and the surrounding counties of Whitley, Wabash, Fulton, Marshall, Noble and Elkhart.
