‘Achieve-A-Bowl’ Super Heroes Wanted

Let’s get ready to Bowl! Choose your day and time to bowl for Junior Achievement serving Warsaw, Tippecanoe Valley, and Pierceton Schools. Teams of five people will have a great time dressing up like super heroes for prizes and great fun at The Bowling Alley, 1535 N. Detroit St., Warsaw.
You can choose to bowl from noon to 2:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6, or from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7. Food and refreshments will be provided by our Breakfast & Lunch Sponsor, Louis Dreyfus Commodities. Prizes for the best super hero, best super hero team and team that raise the most money will be awarded.

The deadline to register is Oct. 19. Registration fees are $35 per team and participants will need to raise $60 per bowler or $300 per team to qualify for tickets for door prizes. Funds help support the efforts of Junior Achievement in the Warsaw, Tippecanoe Valley and Pierceton Schools. Junior Achievement is preparing kids in Kindergarten through 12 grade in financial responsibility, economics, entrepreneurship and workforce readiness.
Junior Achievement is a non-profit organization funded by the local business community, foundations, individuals, and special events such as the Achieve-A-Bowl. Junior Achievement provides in-school, economic education for over 5,850 students in Warsaw, Tippecanoe Valley and Pierceton. Local business community leaders and parents donate their time working in partnership with educators to bring the JA programs into the classrooms.
Together they are educating today’s youth about the basics of economics, business and workforce readiness. Your participation in the Achieve-A-Bowl enables Junior Achievement to bring vital information and sound economic values into the classroom encouraging students to grow in a positive environment to reach their highest potential.
