On Dec. 10, U.S. Rep. Rudy Yakym, Republican of Indiana’s 2nd District, and U.S. Rep. André Carson, Democrat of Indiana’s 7th District, introduced the “Safeguarding Americans from Fraudulent and Experimental (SAFE) Drugs Act of 2025” (HR 6509) to protect patients from untested, unapproved and potentially dangerous mass compounded drugs.
