Whitley, Fulton Counties Eligible For Crop Damage Aide

INDIANAPOLIS — Whitley and Fulton counties are among eight counties the U.S. Department of Agriculture approved, Wednesday, Sept. 2, a secretarial disaster declaration. The request was made by Gov.
