The study looked at the town’s water distribution system, wastewater and stormwater collection systems. The goal was to quantify issues with each utility, present recommendations on how to address them, come up with future projects and assign costs.

The main order of business at the Milford Redevopment Commission’s Monday, Sept. 11, meeting regarded the second TIF district, located along Old SR 15 and 1300N, which contains the Beer Industrial Park. Commission President Dan Brown said that in order to provide utilities to the area, existing water and sewer lines must be extended under 1300N.
