WINONA LAKE — The 2015 Winona Lake Community Appreciation Dinner, focused on the theme of honoring the MasterWorks classic music festival for its 14 years in Winona Lake, will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 12 in the Rainbow Room of Westminster Hall, 105 Ninth St., in Winona Lake.
