Legislators on the state’s Medicaid Advisory Committee spent hours Wednesday, Aug. 21, questioning state officials about Indiana’s ongoing lawsuit over provisions of the Healthy Indiana Plan as well as progress reports on the state’s transition to managed care, otherwise known as PathWays.
