Probation Officers To Get Stipend After 4-3 Kosciusko County Council Vote

Four Kosciusko County Council members voted Thursday, Oct. 9, to give the probation officers a $5,000 stipend in 2026, while three others voted against it, though the amount was half of what the judges had sought for them.
