INDIANAPOLIS — Avis Gunter was recognized as a 2015 honoree for the 3rd District at the 34th Annual “Tribute to Women” Dinner hosted by the Indiana Federation of Republican Women on Friday, Aug. 7, at the Ritz Charles in Carmel. Avis is a member of the Kosciusko County Republican Women’s Club.
