Efforts to shrink Indiana’s government footprint and rewrite rules of civil litigation advanced Monday, Feb. 2 after the House approved two Republican-authored bills – one that would dissolve or restructure dozens of state boards, and another to strictly limit certain lawsuits in Hoosier courts.
