The fourth block party hosted by Harvest Coffee, Milford Kiwanis and Harvest with a Heart, was held from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, at Harvest Coffee/Harvest with a Heart, at 207 N. Higbee St. The groups also partnered with Wildman Business Group.
