SYRACUSE — Syracuse Park Foundation Board approved a quote from Patriot Tree Services LLC of Goshen for $3,500 to remove dead and dying trees along the creek behind the Harold Schrock Athletic Complex during its regular monthly meeting Tuesday, March 22.
