Lt. Gov. Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority have awarded Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County Inc. $497,466 for new construction of eight units for homeownership under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program Homebuyer program.
