The key order of business at the Milford Redevelopment Commission’s meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 10, was a new developer agreement regarding the construction of the Eastfield subdivision in Milford’s east TIF district. The agreement, between the RDC, the Town of Milford, and Miller East, LLC, lays out how funding will be used in Eastfield’s construction and maintenance.
