Donna M. Cooper, 78, Winamac, died Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, at home. She was born April 4, 1947, in Monticello. She is survived by her son, Christopher J. (Shellie) Cooper; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother, Dennis Hibbs. Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Winamac, is handling arrangements.
