County JCAP Program Receives Donation From Dane And Mary Louise Miller Foundation

On Thursday, Sept. 24, the Kosciusko County Jail Chemical Addiction Program (JCAP) received a generous donation from the Dane and Mary Louise Miller Foundation, which has provided financial assistance to hundreds of charitable organizations and educational scholarships to Hoosiers for nearly 40 years.
