At approximately 10:25 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, Indiana State Police Trooper George Youpel assigned to the Toll Road Post, initiated a traffic stop with a silver Buick passenger car for multiple traffic infractions on the I-80 Toll Road eastbound 151 mile marker near Fremont.
