Twelve Neglected Dogs Rescued From Hoarding Situation

A raid was conducted on a house in Syracuse around 5:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 6. Police had been alerted to a hoarding situation involving twelve dogs being kept there. Law enforcement agencies included Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies, Warsaw Police and the county animal control officer.
