Milford Fire Called To Smoke At Car Dealership

MILFORD – The Milford Fire Department was called to a car dealership Tuesday morning after smoke was reported in the building.
Firefighters were dispatched to The Car Mart at approximately 9:09 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, after an employee reported smelling smoke and called 911.
Upon arrival, firefighters were working at the rear of the building to determine the source of the smoke. As of mid-morning, the exact cause had not been identified, and crews were attempting to gain access to the building from the back.
The dealership is located at the intersection of SR 15 and First Street.
Plain Township Fire Department was also called to the scene to assist Milford firefighters.
