Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 9:28 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, US 30, at East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Omar Marquina, 36, South Millard Avenue, Chicago, Ill.; and Zachary Clouse, 32, Red Bluff Drive, Fort Wayne. Marquina’s vehicle slid on the slippery ice and rear-ended Clouse’s vehicle. Damages estimated up to $5,000.

• 9:39 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, South Indiana Street, at East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Thadeus Lewis, 18, East Walnut Street, Claypool; and Morgan L. Soria, 33, West Lovetts Court, Warsaw. Lewis ran a red light in his vehicle and was hit by Soria’s vehicle. Damages estimated up to $25,000.

• 11:55 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, East CR 300N, at North CR 175E, Warsaw. Driver: Hillary N. Long, 33, North Main Street, Syracuse. Long’s vehicle slid off the road and hit a telephone junction box. Damages estimated up to $10,000.

• 2:36 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, Meijer Drive, west of US 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Kylee McClurg, 18, Oriole Lane, Warsaw; and Jayden M. Harrell, 18, East Wayne Street, Laketon. McClurg’s vehicle and Harrell’s vehicle crashed into each other. Damages estimated up to $10,000.

• 3:14 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, 2200 block East Center Street, Warsaw. A person found damage to their vehicle caused by an unknown driver. Damages estimated up to $2,500.

• 4:54 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, North Buffalo Street, at East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Shawn L. Reiter, 20, South Walnut Street, Burket; and Ashley L. Aikey, 39, East SR 13, North Manchester. Reiter’s vehicle hit Aikey’s vehicle while turning left at an intersection. Damages estimated up to $5,000.

• 8:05 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, West Winona Avenue, at Austin Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Brandon M. Ewing, 33, South Columbia Street, Warsaw; and John L. White, 61, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Ewing’s vehicle rear-ended White’s vehicle. Damages estimated up to $50,000.

• 4:26 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, SR 15, at Fruitridge Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Ronnie R. Young, 54, Deer Run North, Warsaw; and Deirdre D. Stavedahl, 61, South Scott Street, Warsaw. Stavedahl, a Warsaw Community Schools’ bus driver, was driving a short, white school bus. Stavedahl turned the yellow flashers on the bus and slowed down while passing an accident at 1600 Fisher Ave., Warsaw. Young’s vehicle was following the bus and tried to slow but slid on the slush and rear-ended the school bus. Damages estimated up to $5,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, North US 31 and East CR 100N, Rochester. Drivers: Vishavjeet Singh Turna, 20, Granger; and Ignacio Carcaja Icoello, 37, Grove City. Both drivers were involved in an accident.

• 11:47 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, East Division Road and South SR 19, Akron. Driver: Wendy Curtis, 59, Twelve Mile. Curtis’ vehicle collided with a tree after striking a fence and a utility pole.

• 8:34 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, North US 31 and East CR 375N, Rochester. An unknown driver slid off the road and was transported to a local hospital for pain.

• 4:24 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, South SR 25 and East CR 150S, Rochester. Driver: Seth Perry, 27, Twelve Mile. Perry’s vehicle slid off the roadway, into a guard rail.

• 10:33 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2000 block Sweetgum Road, Rochester. An unknown driver collided with a gate.

• 6:53 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 13000 block East SR 114, Akron. Driver: Arika Warren, 23, Silver Lake. Warren’s vehicle hit a deer.

• 3:59 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, West SR 14, and South CR 1175W, Kewanna. An unknown driver’s vehicle slid off the road, leaving it behind.

• 9:13 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, West SR 110, and North SR 17, Culver. Driver: Eric Scott, 54, Culver. Scott’s vehicle hit a utility pole, causing lines to hang about six feet off the ground.

• 4:10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, East SR 114 and East CR 300S, Akron. Driver: Sandra Long, 59, Akron. Long’s vehicle hit a deer.
