WARSAW – Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team – NET 43 – continues the enforcement of the drug laws in Kosciusko County and surrounding counties with “Operation New Year, New Me.”

From Jan. 12-15, NET 43 and officers from multiple law enforcement agencies throughout the county conducted a warrant blitz. After several months of covert surveillance and undercover operations, NET 43 arrested 11 people on drug-related charges and warrants have been issued on four more individuals.

The following people were arrested:

• Eric Ray Hall, 33, Warsaw
  • Charges: dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $75,500 surety and cash.

• Nicole Marie Paschall, 44, Pierceton
  • Charges: dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $75,500 surety and cash.

• Kameron Jeffery Banks, 27, Warsaw
  • Charges: possession of cocaine and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic offender. Bond: $1,000 cash.

• Raleen Kay Hyde, 39, Warsaw
  • Charges: driving while suspended and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500 cash.

• James Allen Runyon, 54, Warsaw
  • Charges: two counts of dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance; two counts dealing methamphetamine; two counts of possession of methamphetamine; and five counts of possession of a narcotic drug. Bond: $75,500 surety and cash.

• Sky Annmarie Grider, 25, Silver Lake
  • Charges: dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance; two counts of possession of a narcotic drug; possession of methamphetamine; and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $37,500 surety and cash

• Davey Prater, 46, Claypool
  • Charges: dealing in a fentanyl-containing substance and possession of a narcotic drug. Bond: $35,250 surety and cash.

• Rena A. Gerber, 47, Pierceton
  • Charges: possession of methamphetamine, possession of a narcotic drug, possession of a syringe, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $1,000 cash.

• Shane Allen Ketcham, 29, Syracuse
  • Charges: three counts of dealing methamphetamine and one count of possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $75,500 surety and cash.

• Damien Leroy Heeter, 30, Warsaw
  • Charges: dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $35,500 surety and cash.

• Austin Ray Holdeman-Manges, 25, Milford
  • Charges: three counts of dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $50,500 surety and cash.

• Steffan Allan San Filippo, 55, Warsaw
  • Charges: dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. Bond is set at $35,250 surety and cash.

• Anthony Wayne Miller, 44, Warsaw
• • Charges: three counts of dealing methamphetamine and one count of possession of methamphetamine. Bond is set at $100,500 surety and cash.

• Scotty Allen Poe, 27, Warsaw
• • Charges: two counts of dealing methamphetamine and two counts of possession of methamphetamine. Bond is set at $50,500 surety and cash.

• Felix Antonio Jimenez, 22, Warsaw
• • Charges: possession of cocaine and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond is set at $35,500 surety and cash.
