Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

• 7 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, SR 15, at CR 350N, Warsaw. Driver: Jadin D. Richardson, 19, East Levi Lee Road Lot 58, Warsaw. Richardson’s vehicle slid to the right, hitting a curb. Damages up to $5,000.

• 2:51 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, SR 15, at Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Driver: Makayla A. Roberts, 26, Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. Roberts’ vehicle rear-ended a vehicle that left the scene. Damages up to $5,000.

• 12:38 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, US 30, at Parker Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jackson E. Pinto Parada, 26, North CR 175E Lot 126, Warsaw; and Margaret D. Dawson, 48, North CR 200W, Warsaw. Pinto Parada’s vehicle rear-ended Dawson’s. Damages up to $5,000.

• 12:35 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, East Center Street, at South Harrison Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Herrera Rolando, 49, Chestnut Street, Fort Wayne; and Charles B. Sleeth, 76, North Tamarack Street, Warsaw. Rolando said his traffic light at the intersection turned red, but that he was unable to stop due to snowy conditions. Rolando’s vehicle hit Sleeth’s. Damages up to $10,000.

• 12:27 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 852 N. Parker St., Warsaw. Driver: Alexander W. Troutman, 23, EMS W17 Lane, North Webster. Troutman’s vehicle slid due to icy conditions, hitting a curb. Damages up to $5,000.

• 12:16 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, US 30, east of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Drivers: Donatello Benitez, 19, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw; and April A. Fleagle, 64, East Sunset Drive, Syracuse. Benitez’s vehicle rear-ended Fleagle’s. Damages up to $5,000.

• 11:57 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, East Smith Street, at McClellan Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Ennis K. Miller, 45, Jean Street, Warsaw; and Brittany E. Wise, 37, North Chauncey Street, Columbia City. Miller attempted to stop at a stop sign but slid into the Smith and McClellan Street intersection due to icy conditions. His vehicle was hit by Wise’s, and then Miller’s vehicle hit a gas meter. Damages up to $10,000.

• 11:56 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, Jalynn Street, at SR 15, Warsaw. Drivers: Debra K. Gordon, 65, US 30, Convoy, Ohio; and Lanaci J. Woods, 46, North CR 200E, Milford. Gordon was attempting to turn right onto Jalynn Street when her vehicle slid due to icy conditions, hitting Woods’ vehicle. Damages up to $5,000.

• 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, Mariners Drive, at North Pointe Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Juan L. Delgado-Gonzalez, 27, East CR 200N Lot 31, Warsaw; and Jacob A. Gritton, 43, Newport Drive, Westfield. Delgado-Gonzalez attempted to stop at the intersection, but slid due to snowy conditions, hitting Gritton’s vehicle. Damages up to $10,000.

• 4:12 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, US 30, at East Springhill Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Brian S. Kiefer, 43, Loveland Pass Court, Osceola; Harley D. Robbins, 34, Washburn Avenue, Columbia City; and Jordan E. Anderson, 17, Arbor Drive, South Bend. Kiefer’s vehicle rear-ended Robbins’ vehicle, which led Anderson’s vehicle to rear-end Kiefer’s. Robbins complained of a headache but refused treatment at the scene. A passenger in Anderson’s vehicle, Mariah R. Womack, 19, South Bend, said she wanted checked by medics. Womack was taken to Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital. Damages up to $25,000.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 5:51 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 7600 block Main Street, Rochester. Driver: Anita E. Lewis, 52, Rochester. Lewis’ vehicle slid off the roadway.

• 5:37 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2900 block Bachelor Road, Rochester. An unknown driver slid off the road and hit several mailboxes.

• 4:38 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, South US 31 and South Old US 31, Rochester. Driver: Homorer A. Plummer, 48, Clover, S.C. Plummer and an unknown driver’s vehicles collided. Plummer complained of elbow pain after the accident.

• 4:32 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, West SR 14 and CR 400W, Kewanna. Drivers: Dakota L. Dollarhite, 21, Rochester; and Cody M. Bean, 25, Winamac. Both vehicles collided, and one of the drivers complained of chest pain.

• 3:33 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, 3300 block North CR 650E, Rochester. Driver: McKinzie J. Parry, 18, Rochester. Parry’s vehicle slid off the road into a ditch and struck a wire fence.

• 2:48 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, North US 31 and West SR 110, Rochester. Driver: Kasper A. Morgan, 22, Rochester. Morgan’s vehicle flipped over but was fine.

• 12:13 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, East CR 375N and North US 31, Rochester. Driver: Austin M. Clinger, 33, Rochester. Clinger’s vehicle rolled over into the median.
