Closures Wednesday Near Center, Bronson In Warsaw As Traffic Pole Replaced
News Release
WARSAW – A traffic accident occurred at Center Street and Bronson Street on Sunday, Jan. 11, that caused extensive damage to a traffic signal pole. The pole was removed for safety purposes, and the intersection is currently operating as a four-way stop.
A temporary signal pole is available that will allow crews to return the intersection to normal traffic flow.
As a result, Center Street will be closed between Court Street and Sherman Street beginning at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13. Bronson Street, between East Main Street and East Market Street, will also be closed.
Crews hope to reopen the road for the evening commute.
Motorists are advised to plan additional travel time and exercise caution when driving through the area.
