Cynthia “Cindy” (Vail) Culp, Goshen, 73, died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, at her home.

She was born on Dec. 27, 1952.

Cynthia married Dale Culp on Sept. 15, 1974.

She is survived by her two children, Jason Culp of Millersburg and Deidra Culp of Rensselaer; and her brother, Phil (Cathy) Vail of New Paris.
