Whitko Students Compete In the Triton Central Winter Classic

Whitko and South Whitley archers competed at the Triton Central Winter Classic 2025 Bullseye and 3D tournaments. LARWILL – Students from South Whitley Elementary and Whitko Junior Senior High School recently competed in the Triton Central Winter Classic 2025 Bullseye and 3D tournaments.
Elementary Division Bullseye archers had 57 female and 109 male archers. These South Whitley Elementary students placed with their personal best, and also hit their first ever bullseye:
- Julia Baldridge earned her personal best, scoring 247/300, placing fifth.
- Randy Horn earned his personal best, scoring 239/300, placing 15th.
- Hudson Wise earned his personal best, and it was his first ever bullseye competition. He scored 160/300, placing 77th.
- Aaron Rueda earned his personal best, and it was his first ever bullseye competition. He scored 111/300, placing 100th.
Middle School Division Bullseye archers had 136 female and 155 male archers. These Whitko students scored for the Middle School division. Some students earned their personal best, and this was also some of the students’ first ever bullseye competition:
- Drew Crousore earned his personal best, scoring 251/300. He placed 26th.
- Raegan Sommers scored 242/300. She placed 43rd.
- Isaiah Payton scored 230/300. He placed 55th.
- Ellie Crousore scored 198/300, placing 95th.
- Benjamin Streeter earned his personal best, and it was his first ever bullseye competition. He scored 176/300, placing 115th.
High School Division Bullseye archers had 119 female and 114 male archers compete. These Whitko students scored for the High School division. Some students earned their personal best, and this was also some of the students’ first ever bullseye competition:
- Kendal Bollinger scored 277/300, placing 13th.
- Makayla Buckles scored 255/300, placing 38th.
- R.J. Bollinger scored 246/300, placing 77th.
- Marleigh Grimmett earned her personal best, scoring 222/300. She placed 84th.
- Jaleeya Winebrenner earned her personal best, and it was her first ever bullseye competition. She scored 99/300, placing 119th.
Elementary Division 3D archers had 23 females and 26 males competing. These South Whitley Elementary students scored for the elementary division. Some students earned their personal best, and this was also some of their first ever 3D competition:
- Julia Baldridge scored her personal best, scoring 199/300. She placed 13th.
- Randy Horn scored 199/300, placing 16th.
- Hudson Wise earned his personal best, and it was his first ever 3D competition. He scored 177/300, placing 21st.
Middle School Division 3D archers had 34 females and 31 males. These Whitko students scored for the Middle School division:
- Drew Crousore scored 232/300, placing 17th.
- Raegan Sommers scored 227/300, placing 19th.
- Isaiah Payton scored 209/300, placing 24th.
- Ellie Crousore scored 158/300, placing 32nd.
High School Division 3D archers had 33 females and 37 males. These Whitko students scored for the High School division. Even though Grimmett and Buckles had the exact same score, Grimmett placed higher because she recorded one more 10 than Buckles.
- Kendal Bollinger scored 276/300, placing fifth.
- R.J. Bollinger scored 233/300, placing 26th.
- Marleigh Grimmett scored her personal best, 224/300. She placed 20th.
- Makayla Buckles scored 224/300, placing 24th.
