Two In Marshall County Arrested For Firearm, Drug Charges

PLYMOUTH – Two people were arrested on alleged firearm and drug charges.
At approximately 9:41 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, officers with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to an address in the 13000 block of Fourth Road, Plymouth, for reports of a woman being shot at.
Upon arrival, officers were able to identify that two suspects were in an RV behind the residence. Officers were able to call them out and secure the scene. No one was injured during the shooting. A search warrant was applied for and granted by the court. Officers were able to recover a 20-gauge shotgun, methamphetamine, cocaine, suspected fentanyl, marijuana, multiple drug paraphernalia and a small marijuana grow. The two suspects, William R. Neiswender and Rhonda P. Harrington, were both taken into custody for multiple charges.
Neiswender, 49, is charged with possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a level 4 felony; being a felon in possession of a firearm, a level 5 felony; obstruction of justice, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, all level 6 felonies; marijuana cultivation and possession of marijuana, both class B misdemeanors; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
Harrington, 43, is charged with possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, a level 4 felony; criminal recklessness -shooting a firearm into an inhabited structure, a level 5 felony; pointing a firearm, obstruction of justice, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, all level 6 felonies; marijuana cultivation, possession of marijuana, and visiting a common nuisance, all class B misdemeanors; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
Neiswender and Harrington were given a $3,000 bond each.
