James Oliver Blair, 69, South Whitley, died Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025.

He was born Sept. 23, 1956, in Columbia City.

He is survived by his children, Dusty (Tammy) Blair and Terra (James) McCrory; nine grandchildren; sisters, Reggie (Mark) Renz and Carol (Jay) Crow; and several nieces and nephews.

DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
