Questa Welcomes Over 100 New Scholars to Its Growing Program

FORT WAYNE – Questa Education Foundation recently welcomed over 100 new students from across Northeast Indiana to participate in its nationally distinctive Questa Scholars program.
These driven scholars join a growing community of over 600 scholars budgeted for support this year, bringing Questa’s overall number of active scholars to over 700 – the largest in the organization’s history. These scholars are turning their college dreams into reality with Questa’s support.
This year’s incoming class includes both recent high school graduates and first-year college students who will receive funding throughout their degree programs. Questa continues to expand opportunities for learners at every stage, with additional support available for first-time and returning college students through the Contemporary Scholars program.
The following are a part of the incoming 2025 Traditional Questa Scholars, who represent the next generation of talent and leadership:
Kosciusko County
- Kellan Bailey, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Anderson University.
- Kloey Clemons, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Grace College.
- Keaton Cornell, Whitko Jr./Sr. High School, will be attending Trine University.
- Mackaylie Costello, Tippecanoe Valley High School, will be attending Purdue University – Fort Wayne.
- Avery Friedberg, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Taylor University.
- Andrew Kerschner, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Marian University – Ancilla College.
- Rachel Koorey, homeschooled, will be attending Grace College.
- Macy Moore, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Anderson University.
- Aarav Patel, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Purdue University – Fort Wayne.
- Elliana Transparenti, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Taylor University.
- Noah Wilkins, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Taylor University.
- Tristan Wilson, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Trine University.
- Gavin Wonderly, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Manchester University.
Wabash County
- Parker Oswalt, Northfield Jr./Sr. High School, will be attending Grace College.
- Kayne Zahler, Southwood Jr./Sr. High School, will be attending Indiana University – Kokomo.
Whitley County
- Jullian Culp, Whitko Jr./Sr. High School, will be attending Bethel College.
- Trevor Freel, Whitko Jr./Sr. High School, will be attending Trine University.
- Isaac Ioane, Warsaw Community High School, will be attending Purdue University – Fort Wayne.
Each student has unique interests and will be pursuing degrees in a broad array of fields, including accounting, computer science, education, engineering, legal studies, nursing, and medical imaging. Questa Scholars plan to join the Northeast Indiana workforce after graduation, helping to build the local talent pool and community.
Questa Education Foundation offers a unique opportunity for students to receive up to 75% debt forgiveness on Questa loans through the Traditional Scholars program. Graduates who live and work in Northeast Indiana for five years are eligible for 50% loan forgiveness, with an additional 25% forgiveness for attending a regional partner school. Questa Scholar programs not only benefit scholars but also contribute to the growth of Northeast Indiana’s businesses and economy by retaining local talent.
Questa’s Career Scholar programs further expand these opportunities, offering fully forgivable loans while connecting students directly with local employers and career pathways in high-demand fields. Impressively, over 95% of Career Scholar graduates work for their sponsoring employer.
