Local Veterans to be Honored at Threads of Valor Ceremony

WARSAW – Liberty Sewing Circle is once again ready to show their appreciation for nominated local veterans.
A Threads of Valor quilt presentation will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, at the Senior Activity Center / Pete Thorn Gym, located at 800 N. Park Ave., Warsaw. The program is open to the public.
Doors will open at 10 a.m. and activities will begin at 10:30 a.m. with patriotic singing. Posting of the flag will be given by The American Legion Post 49 Honor Guard. Guest speakers will follow. Handcrafted quilts will be presented to each veteran nominee by members of Liberty Sewing Circle, followed by a meal.
