Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:
- 2:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, 7500 block West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report from Benjamin Guy McCullough of damaged property. Value: $80.
North Webster
Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 8:29 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 400 block East Greenwalt Extension, North Webster. Officers investigated a report of harassment.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:
- 10:31 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 400 block East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report from Edward William Ziegler of fraud. Value: $200.
- 6:44 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 800 block South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of a found air-soft handgun with an orange-tipped barrel.

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

8:57 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, West Olson Road and North CR 350W, Rochester. Officers investigated loud explosion noises.

6:52 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 300 block West Seventh Street, Rochester. A representative from the Fulton County Public Library called officers for a fight in progress.

Goshen
Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:
- 4:19 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 200 block High Park Avenue, Goshen. Alexandria Dennis, 33, New Paris, said her vehicle was hit by an unknown driver while it was parked at Goshen Hospital.
