Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 2:51 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2800 block Frontage Road, Warsaw. Officers received some information.

• 1:33 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 3500 block Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Representatives from Tire Barn reported theft. Value: $334.98.

Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:

• 12:16 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, SR 15 and CR 46, New Paris. Cecelia Baist, 21, was arrested for allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 6:40 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, 1900 block West Side Road, Rochester. Representatives with the Moose Lodge reported a burglary.

• 9:36 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 500 block Clayton Street, Rochester. Officers responded to suspicious activity.

• 4:33 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 3400 block Channel Drive, Macy. Officers responded to a call of animal neglect.

• 8:57 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 10000 block East CR 300S, Akron. Officers responded to a dog on the loose.
