The Blue Apron To Reopen Oct. 23 With Limited Menu

WARSAW – The Warsaw Area Career Center has announced the reopening of The Blue Apron, a student-operated restaurant led by the culinary team of Craig Streby, Eric Jacko and Victoria Heinsman.
This year, 31 new and returning culinary students are preparing to welcome guests back for the 2025-26 school year.
The first open day will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23. Guests are asked to enter through Door 10A at the Warsaw Area Career Center, 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw.
To start the semester, The Blue Apron will feature a limited menu as students adjust to a full-service restaurant environment. Following the grand reopening, The Blue Apron will be open to the public most Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The menu will expand throughout the semester, offering a variety of made-from-scratch soups, salads, sandwiches, entrées and desserts, which are all prepared and served by WACC students.
