Robert L. Wilder Sr., 81, Columbia City, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025.

He was born April 22, 1944, in Glouster, Ohio. His wife, Patricia Rice-Wilder, survives.

He also is survived by his children, Robert L. Wilder Jr., Margaret E. (Chad) Wilder-Keever, Monika E. Wilder and Lisa Rice; the mother of his children, Eva Wilder; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; stepfather, Harold Wells; and siblings, Frank (Billie) Wilder, Deanna Livernois, Russ (Cathy) Pryor and Keith Pryor.
