Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 10:15 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 1000 block East CR 800S, Claypool. Eldon R Spangle, 80, made a report of criminal mischief. Damage was caused to his landscaping. Damages estimated up to $500.
• 9:19 a.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 3500 block South State Road 15, Warsaw. Representatives from Bobcat of Warsaw reported the theft of a Bobcat Mt100, Bobcat Dirtbucket, and Exmark garden equipment. Total value:  $65,302.54.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:35 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 3300 block Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Officers investigated the theft of a Dewalt battery, Dewalt flashlight, Ariat Shirt, Bowie knife set, and folding knife from Rural King. Total value: $312.84.

Elkhart County

Officers with the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incident:

• 11:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, CR 27 and CR 48, New Paris. Officers investigated a report of a vehicle accident where the driver, an unnamed 32-year-old man, left the scene. The man was later located and taken to an area hospital.

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 11:22 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, Heritage Drive and Parkway Lane, Rochester. Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity.
• 10:47 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 14000 block East CR 100S, Akron. Officers investigated the theft of money and gas.
• 9:04 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, South US 31 and South CR 50E, Rochester. Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver.
• 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 500 block North Paradise Drive, Rochester. Officers assisted with a brush fire.
• 12:27 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, 2000 block Sweetgum Road, Rochester. Officers completed a citizens assist.
• 8:56 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 4600 block Beach Lane, Rochester. Officers assisted with a structure fire.
• 6:07 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, South SR 25 and East CR 250S, Rochester. Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver.
• 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, North US 31 and West SR 110, Argos. Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver.
• 2:29 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 1200 block Elm Street, Rochester. Officers completed a citizens assist.
• 1:08 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 100 block Reed Lane, Rochester. Officers investigated a report of an animal complaint.

Goshen

Officers with the Goshen Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 3:21 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 500 block Fescue Court, Goshen. Alexis Lopez, 27, was arrested for residential entry and an outstanding Noble County warrant.
