Warsaw Man Arrested For Allegedly Driving Under The Influence

WARSAW — A Warsaw man was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence.
Hector Ariel Argumedo de Los Santos, 30, 340 E. Levi Lee Road Lot 200, Warsaw, is charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and possession of paraphernalia, both class C misdemeanors; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle with an ACE of 0.08 or more with a prior conviction, a level 6 felony.
On Sept. 27, a Warsaw Police officer was patrolling on SR 15 when he saw a vehicle drive left of center and pulled it over. Argumedo de Los Santos was identified as the vehicle’s driver and law enforcement noticed he was exhibiting physical signs of intoxication.
According to court documents, Argumedo de Los Santos failed several field sobriety tests and tested 0.13% BrAC on a portable breath test.
While being taken into custody, Argumedo de Los Santos told police he had a THC vape on his person.
Argumedo de Los Santos was previously convicted of OWI in Kosciusko County in October 2020.
Argumedo de Los Santos has already been arrested and released on bond.
