New CFO, COO Join Northeastern Center Leadership Team

KENDALLVILLE – Northeastern Center has welcomed a new chief financial officer and chief operating officer to its executive leadership team along with two new therapists being added to serve clients in Angola and LaGrange.
Julia Renno, CFO, is a healthcare executive with extensive clinical and administrative experience. Her professional background includes roles with both non-profit and for-profit healthcare organizations. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in business administration.
Seth Gibson, COO, has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including leadership roles in outpatient and inpatient mental health services, as well as multispecialty outpatient clinics and hospital operations. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public management.

Delaney Franke is an intake therapist who is seeing new clients at the Northeastern Center Steuben County Outpatient office in Angola. She previously was a counselor at Bright Horizons for the Northeastern Indiana Special Education Cooperative. In addition to being a licensed social worker, she has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work.
Hillary Mundon is a staff therapist serving clients at the Northeastern Center LaGrange County Outpatient office. Her career includes 14 years of experience with the Department of Child Services, and she most recently worked for the Youth Opportunity Center. In addition to being a licensed social worker, she has a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in social work.
