- Sept. 29 – Jose Juan Lopez, 51, 3762 W. Old Road 30 Lot 684, Warsaw, booked on two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving while suspended prior, and operating without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700 cash.

- Sept. 29 – Edward Danny Freeman, 25, 6240 N. Hoyne Ave. 1A, Chicago, Ill., booked on two counts of failure to appear. No bond.

The following people were booked in the Fulton County Jail:
