Pauline R. Sumpter, 80, Wabash, died at 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, at home.

She was born July 25, 1945, in Warsaw. On Aug. 2, 1963, she married Larry J. Sumpter, who preceded her in death in 2019.

She is survived by two daughters, Lori Sumpter, Peru, and Billie Jo Harner, Wabash; three grandchildren; and sister, Peggy (Richard) Kelsheimer, Wabash.
