NEW PARIS — Lamar Stutzman 38, Milford, was pronounced dead at the scene of a vehicle-bicycle crash Tuesday, Sept. 30. The crash was on CR 23, south of R 48, New Paris.

Stutzman was southbound on CR 23 on a bicycle when it he was struck from behind by a 2006 Honda Civic driven by Nathaniel Franklin, 26, Winona Lake.

The incident is being investigated by the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team.
