Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 11:23 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30, 100 block North CR 300E, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of domestic battery and criminal mischief.

• 3:55 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 7100 block West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Officers investigated a report of an overturned farm trailer.

• 12:04 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 6300 block West CR 200S, Warsaw. Officers investigated an accident. An auger on Cameron J. Hathaway’s grain cart broke a Kosciusko REMC pole.

• 10:05 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 9900 block North CR 200E, Milford. Carol A. Helmuth reported fraud. Value: $249.98.

• 2:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, 200 block West Main Street, Warsaw. Officers investigated a report of battery resulting in moderate bodily injury.

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 10:16 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 1600 block North Park Avenue and Ross Avenue, Warsaw. Randall L. Marty turned in a wallet belonging to David D. Hopkins.
