Paula Ann “Emily” Skaggs, 53, Wabash, died at 2:52 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4, 2025, at Parkview Whitley in Columbia City.

She was born Dec. 12, 1971.

She is survived by two sisters, Kim (David) Pegg and Jeanettah Lyons, both of Wabash; two nieces and a nephew; and five great-nieces and nephews.

McDonald Funeral Home, Wabash, is handling arrangements.
