Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. (7256 Company Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46237), on behalf of the Town of Milford, is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) of their intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Water Utility Improvements, Divisions A and B. The location of the project is in Town of Milford, Van Buren Township, Kosciosko County in Sections 8, 9, 16, and 17 of T34N, R6E (approximate latitude and longitude of 41.41111, -85.84794). Runoff from the project site will discharge into Turkey Creek.
